According to liberals voter fraud has never happened, yet people are unable to show their id's and prove they are citizens.?

That makes no sense. If no one is voting fraudulently, they can easily show their ID. How can someone live without ID anyhow? They couldn't cash their checks, they couldn't get a job, they couldn't get a job or apply for welfare. So..why fight the ID law so hard, unless they in fact know that there is

You can collect it, but you can not apply for it, and every single state has laws requiring people to have ID. No, I am self employed, and I could not live without ID. Thats nonsense. I have to cash checks, so do all self employed people. If they have ID that is expired, they can show that. No one ever said it had

But people who live in the united states, and are not citizens can easily show up and vote, and they should not be allowed to do so.

TheBansheeofBebop: I can't board a plane without producing state-issued ID. I am always asked for it at the polling place. So I don't know where people aren't being asked for it. It should be no big deal.

I said the same thing as you, until a couple years ago when I had to get photo id for my 90+ year old mom so she could vote. She doesn't drive any more, isn't looking for a job, gets no public assistance, and checks she gets are deposited into her bank account, The paperwork needed was amazing – and she lives in the same city where she was born.

I still agree with the id law, but it's not quite as simple an issue as it sounds.,

Cantankerous:
That's not true, millions of people are US citizens but don't have a valid current ID. You are lying. You can collect social security benefits AND work with out a valid current ID. It is true that you need valid ID at the time you get your job, but it's not uncommon for people to hold a job for 20 or 30 years, and never renew their ID due to cost or convenience, or personal beliefs. Disabled and elderly and self-employed people often don't have valid ID. Also poor seniors who live in cities can go for years without ever needing a valid ID. Dependent spouses do not need ID and often do not have it.

Preventing even one of those seniors from voting is unconstitutional.

Also the voting rolls AND citizenship papers AND death records AND voter registrations are all public record. After elections, which people showed up to vote and where are also available.

Without ever asking for ID it would be simple to see if a dead person voted, or if someone voted twice. Your extreme ignorance trips you up.

====UPDATE LIE ALERT====
Lie: "No one ever said it had to be current."

Truth: Every state with a voter ID law requires that the ID be current. So literally, everyone has said it needs to be current

Lie 2: , "and every single state has laws requiring people to have ID. "

Truth: In all 50 states NOT ONE SINGLE STATE has a law that people must have an ID. I think that one was your biggest lie of all.

Your final lie: Minnesota requires all citizens to obtain ID by law.
Truth: There is no such minnesota law you LIAR. In fact Kolender v. Lawson case in the US Supreme court established that there is a constitutional prohibition on any state law requiring a US citizen to carry or obtain ID.

I hope you see how this answer completely destroyed your terrible arguments and learn something in the process.

Liberals don't interfere with voting rights. Republicans do.
Not:
There is voter fraud. It has been proven many times but libs simply refuse to admit it.
