Can I file constructive discharge against my employer.?

There's been a manager who recently entered. There are 6 or 8 bussers of whom I and some others have been technically fired because we have no shifts. He only gave shifts to a couple of employees. I have no means of making money and my employer to save wage work payments have put burden of our jobs on them and

There's been a manager who recently entered. There are 6 or 8 bussers of whom I and some others have been technically fired because we have no shifts. He only gave shifts to a couple of employees. I have no means of making money and my employer to save wage work payments have put burden of our jobs on them and later put more bussers to work on busy workdays. Even my father who works at the restaurant next door has his full days and time. He has been called off a few days from work due to lack of work during the holidays but never has his job deprive him of a salary. The manager did tell me me and a select few were chosen as the few to have their shifts revoked. I asked him wether I was welcome at the restaurant or not, to let me know as to where I could find a second job. He has not given me any work time or notified me of not giving me any working time even when I asked to let me know.

You need to get another job. You may qualify for unemployment, you can always put in a claim. They always have an interview so don't let that throw you, it's normal.
