My question is will/can the refund be put back on the card I used or am I screwed out of the money?
*The card says non-reloadable on the back so it has me worried*

Yes it can be refunded. Non-reloadable simply means you cannot add money to the balance. Refunds are entirely different. For example, lets say you had $50 on the card but wanted to make a $75 purchase. You couldn't add $25 to the balance to cover the difference. There aren't any reputable companies in the world who would prevent you from getting a refund on money that belongs to you. It will probably take a few days to get the refund, but you WILL get it.
randy394:
You're entitled to the funds one way or another. If they can't be put back on the original card, eBay will have to reimburse you by other means.

If it wasn't authorized, however, chances are that the funds are still on the card.

If it could not be authorized, then it should not have come off the card. The money should still be there, on the card.
