I applied for a credit card through capitol one and got approved for one with a 300 limit. However, when I tried to create my account, the page expired, probably because I waited too long. But anyway, I thought I'd just reapply. Well it declined me. I don't understand why??
Because you applied more than once. Applying is very bad for your credit. If you apply too many times, then all credit cards will decline you, because of your history of too much applying. When you apply, they prefer to see a record of at least a year of not applying since the last time that you applied for any credit card.
All the card company. Their number is on the back of the card.
Did you call them for help?
Maybe something changed — your job, your income, your debts, your credit score.
