My online friend gave me a visa electronic a few days ago. (I have screenshots of her saying here!) Now she's saying she called the police and they're investigating credit card fraud. I have bought a few things. She and her friend are constantly calling my university trying to get me kicked out saying I committed fraud. What can I do here?

You go to the police and report her. If you were really guilty you would not go to the police and report her for harassing and blackmailing you. You also wouldn't admit to using the card if you really stole it

1) Stop using the card.
2) Turn yourself over to the police/FBI.
3) Confess what you did. Explaining what happened, and providing any proof of their collaboration might help your case.
4) Take whatever lumps come to you.
5) don't buy anything with anyone else's card in the future.

File a police report for harassment. Also pay her the money back for the things you bought and keep records of the transaction. Do it now before cops get to you.
