I would like to open a bakery?

Hello,
I am a girl 22 years old from Italy.
I would like to open a bakery in England to sell bread of all kinds with a corner for sweets for breakfast and for tea time, in a smaller city than london. Do you think it will work? There are loans for young women in England? Thanks in advance for your reply 🙂

Annunziata:
You will not get a UK loan here as you are not a Citizen. We already have enough bakeries here, every town has at least 2. You would have to apply for a Visa and show you have enough money to start a business.
Stoo:
You don't do this out of the gate without money. It's better to start working for other people to learn how to bake and how to run a business – if you haven't done either, that's going to be a mess. And loans you only get when you can prove your worth and have a credit history. Unless you're wealthy you can't just start up a bakery with no experience, and even if so you're probably just setting your money on fire.

You need money of your own.
Success:
First you need a business plan.

Go to fiverr and see if you can find a plan for a bakery, food shop or something similar and read it.

Where are you going to buy flour? I mean exactly, from whom are you going to buy flour and soda and sugar and all the other things a baker uses? Exactly. Do you know? Without management experience in a professional bakery you have little chance of success.

Who:
you wont get an special loan, but you may get one from any bank

(apply for one quick
whilever the UK is part of the EU you will be treated the same as a UK citizen and wont need a visa)
(so 100% wrong "tavy"))

tro:
if you have money, if you have baking talents, if you find a good location that will get your products to a large community, and you comply with the health regulations in place for selling food products to people, you might succeed

There's no way of knowing whether or not it will work. The only way of knowing is by trying it out yourself
RAGHAVENDRAN:
Why not first try it in Italy itself?
