I have been paying her montessori daycare with the money while he works, we gotta have her in daycare.

Am I in legal trouble?

Best Answer:

Maxi: Ignore the control freak ex, he pays child support so you can HELP support your joint child's life and that includes school costs…food, clothes, electric, home etc etc how you spend it and what on is none of his business

Other answer:

Maxi:
No. He's such being an asshole. He doesn't need 600 from the 1255 if he makes 80k a year. He's just been money greedy. You are using the money for something that is useful for your child. So don't worry
npk:
A 3-year old doesn't collect anything. You collect a benefit for her. Dump the loser father and take him to court for child support – if you haven't yet.
Eliza:
No. This money is for your child. Your ex cannot claim any of it. It is right and proper that the money is used for your child's day care. That's what child support is all about.
PAMELA:
No, not at all, support is given to the mother for all the child's needs, and daycare is part of her needs.

Rikola:

pamela:
