In commercial real estate investing, is there someone I can hire to research the property, and see how profitable it is?

Obtaining NOI, GRM, Taxes, Operating expenses, Mortgage(s), debts, etc

A good commercial Realtor that represents you would often find all or most of this for you.
Only if the owners will allow their records/books to be opened.
