IRS tax filing?

I filed my return with turbo tax and didn t put my 1095-a form my return was accepted by the IRS. I got a letter in the mail staying that I needed to mail in 8962 form and my 1095-a. I got the forms after I filed. I went into turbo tax and changed my return and put the forms in do I still need to mail in the

I got the forms after I filed. I went into turbo tax and changed my return and put the forms in do I still need to mail in the documents? Or will the IRS see it and then send my return?

you may have entered the missing information but if you efied with TT you can efile a second time
you will have to mail those copies to IRS as you are instructed to do with their request

If you had already filed you can't just go back & change it. You have to file an ammended return. Since they said mail then MAIL.

You cannot change your return once filed. Yes, you must mail the stuff in.

When you get a letter from the IRS you should follow the instructions. They want the forms mailed, then make and keep a copy for your records and mail them as asked.

Yes you have to mail them, and no the IRS won't just see them.
