Right now I'm employed with my first job for 5 months now. I'm getting to the point where it's tempting to quit because I'm getting tired of everything. My job is just mostly stocking at a thrift store but it's really challenging because of how much multitasking this is. There's helping customers, helping at the fitting room and show case, and having to empty a cart within 15mins, keeping the isles clean and I'm also outnumbered by the pricers that fill up the carts. Recently, one of the stockers quit and it's really difficult now. I'm not getting much help and I don't think my boss with replace her. Now I'm sick and my boss will have a type of attitude about me taking a day off. I managed to stay yesterday while being sick but today was worse and Idk about tomorrow. I've pushed it with them about days off a little but I've made up the hours. I don't want to do any other positions because I don't think I will be good at them. Idk the only reason I don't want to quit is because I don't want to quit just because of something being difficult. But since I have my drivers license now, i could work somewhere else plus I'm not paying rent right now thanks to my parents. What should I do? I know the thing with management is the same everywhere else though but still. also please don't be rude! No one needs to hear crap about this!
This is their busiest time of year and I get that, but idk what's best.

Kim R: Well, it's a really good time of the year to find a job because they're all starting to hire for the holidays, but you haven't really stuck with that job for very long, so it wouldn't look so good on a resume or having to explain your reason for quitting to an interviewer. It's your choice, of course.

Kim R:
If you can find a better job to hire you then quit
Man8:
Please stick with your current job. It will teach you tenacity. If you can, further your studies so that you can get a better job next time.
Please appreciate your parents for working hard in their jobs so that they can support you.
