Okay ready? I am looking for some sort of card that I can receive payment on and buy stuff with, I am currently 16 years old and I am NOT looking to sign up or go to a bank, i like to thrift and sell to my friends but have recently come upon an item I bought for $10.25 that is worth ALOT more than that, I want to sell this item online on a website such as eBay or Grailed and receive the money and then use the money somewhere else, is there any card I can get that is personalized to me so I can load money on to it, pay with it, get payed with it, and withdraw money from it on. Like comon please there has to be something, and I'm not looking into Bitcoin.

check out the 'Rush' card it might allow you as a 16 yr old to get one
but other than paying you with a money order I doubt anything else is available to you

You are a minor. That means that you are not a lawful adult. Minors can not be held to a contract. So that's why nobody wants to deal with a minor.

I bought plenty of things before I graduated high school (from around age 10). I used money orders. It was in the 1960s. I had accounts in numerous places across the USA. That was before the average adult even had a credit card. The old way was cash, and cash instruments.

There is no way to do this. The companies that advertise that they have a way for you to do this will take your money and vanish.

Enlist the aid of a trusted friend or relative who is 18 or over…OR…hold on to the item until you are 18…if it is worth a LOT now, it will be worth a LOT MORE in 2 years.

I am not sure you can use eBay at 16. You certainly cannot open a Paypal account at that age. A credit card would have to be associated with a bank account and without money in the account, nobody is going to give you a credit card. Without a bank account, I doubt you are going to find anything satisfactory.
Marceline:
Nope. Major Internet marketplaces safeguard themselves and verify their users through the requirement of syncing each user account with a legitimate bank account.
Bob:
You can't do it successfully without a bank
Happy Gramps:
sorry, but most if not all online sites to buy/sell require a person to be of legal age, 18
