What are some answers I can give if an interviewer asks me "what are my weaknesses"?

Other than not being able to delegate much of my tasks in my previous work (I tend to rely on my own work especially when doing them perfectly).

mc2: The best way to answer that question is by saying things that aren't applicable to the job you are applying for. For example, if you will be working in an office, say something like "I don't work well with small children." Or if you will be up and moving around all day long, say "I don't do well sitting at a desk for 8 hours at a time". Just pick something that is honest about you.

Other answer:

Tell him you have a weakness to fire and fighting but you're super effective against water, ground, flying, and bug which more than covers your weaknesses
Maybe spend to much time on detail, like things to be done right the first time, read everything you sign, need to understand why………..
trusting employers they are so convincing that they care about me
