Focusing on qualifications.

Seriously though, discrimination based on race or gender or whatever is discrimination ~in spite~ of superior qualifications, otherwise why does it matter? If qualifications become the focus for hiring, appointing, selecting, and promoting, discrimination based on protected classes by definition does not occur.

Every corporation in the country has a policy against discrimination, a method for employees to report it, and a procedure to deal with it.
Eliminate affirmative action, sensitivity class requirements and bogus lawsuits over racism.
What discrimination?
Ignore race.
